Immune: oozes, anything blind

The creature is unable to see well because of overstimulation of the eyes. A dazzled creature takes a –1 penalty on attack rolls and sight-based Perception checks.

Marius, Scholai Armsmaster says: Dazzled is the mildest of all debuffs and rarely worth afflicting on your opponents in combat.  After all, you could just hit them with a sword. Remember that some monsters, like orcs and dark elves, are dazzled in bright light.  This is a common way for players to encounter the condition.
